Tuesday Men's League Week 18
Week 18 Scores & Leaderboard
Week 18 is officially in the books, and it was another great night of competition in the Tuesday Men's League!
32-Man Matchplay Tournament
Next Tuesday will be the first week of our 32-Man Matchplay Tournament!
If you are on the attached Top 50 list, please let me know by Thursday if you want to play in the matchplay tournament or if you are unable to commit. This will help me finalize the field and organize the tee sheet. If you see your name in green I have put you down as a yes and red is a no.
Usually, several players in the Top 32 are unable to commit to all five weeks, so I will roll down the list as needed to fill the 32 spots.
If you haven't played in the matchplay tournament before, here is how it works:
- You must be able to commit to all five weeks of the tournament.
- The tournament is single elimination, net match play, using handicaps.
- The top 32 players based on total net Stableford points earned throughout the season qualify.
- Matches are 18 holes, so matchplay groups will be placed in the earlier tee times.
- You will play in the same tee time as your opponent.
- I will provide a scorecard for each match with both players' handicaps and a dot on each hole where a stroke is given.
- I will have to do some shuffling of the regular tee sheet to accommodate the 18-hole matches, but I will do my best to minimize the changes.
It takes me quite a bit of time to put the matchplay tee sheet together, so please don't wait until next week to let me know. If you are on the Top 50 list, please let me know by Thursday whether you are committing to the tournament or not.
